Artistic Process

A final image of the diptych I made for painting. The original pieces are in my gallery under sketchbook and static. I totally started new with the bottom piece to make it flow better as a whole. The top I toned down quite a bit and it became more an essay on the colors bleeding through with little pieces of emphasis. Again this is inspired by the artistic process. All the thoughts running through our brains as artists and how we process them. The top is a compilation of sketchbook pages from fellow artists. The bottom is more about art block or fighting for that one good idea to emerge.
